I took 1 pill in the morning about 1.5 hours after my breakfast. My main reasoning for really liking this stuff is because it didn't just HIT you it gradually worked, it seemed like it took about 2 hours to be at it's high point. Than lasted me about 5 hours with no crash :twisted: My second pill was damaged in shipping :( but that's ok from that 1 pill I will be buying a bottle of this for sure.

Yea you have to take both man. One pill isn't even close to what you "should" feel. Make sure you take it on an empty stomach and give it at least 30 minutes before you eat again.
 
yea, i just got mine today and both are busted.. i guess i'm going to have to "parachute" em.. is this stuff really nasty? i may just dump it in my mouth
