for those who took x-factor, did you find it useful to up the dosing to 5 pills a day? Im on my second bottle (day 29 or so) and im just wondering if i should start to build it up a little more. BTW i have made pretty good gains off the first bottle so im excited to see where this second bottle takes me
 
its really up to you...if you've been doing 4 a day you should be fine to keep it that way as you should be saturated already/soon. I will be trying 5 a day with my 3rd time around on this.
 
Like bolt mentionned, up to you. If you run at 5 caps, you might want to get an extra bottle to make sure it lasts long enough :)
 
definately let me know how the 5 works out for you, because i plan on running this stack again in the winter
 
mmmmm...sounds good..also sounds like a lot of joint pain, but hey..**** it right

also..what do you guys suggest in dosing..i usually do 1 with breakfast, 2 with lunch, workout, one with post workout meal

Same as I do. Always 2 caps pre wo. And spread the rest :)
 
cool cool..if you were to take 5 or 6, what do you think the dosing would be there...because im seriously considering doing this next time..i would love to try 6...im pretty big so i dont think i would have many sides

Dosing would be 1 morning, 2 pre wo, 1 post wo, spread the rest.
