Am considering a run of x-factor just have a couple of questions. I read the FAQ but didn't see a direct answer.
I'm 5'9, 170lbs, would 2 caps a day suffice or would I be better off with 3?
I've seen guys recommending dosing pre workout, what is the best time to take each dose? Does the amount and type of food dosed with matter? I saw FAQ said avoid close to bedtime.
Final question, how does x-factor go for fat loss/recomp rather than full on bulk? I am considering stacking with alphamine, alpha t2 and test factor along with the usual staples also. Sorry for the noob questions haha.
