X Factor Advanced

I just ordered my stack, doing Xfactor advanced with Anabeta, along w/ other staples such as creatine. The question that I have is, is xfactor really that hard on your joints? I am a collegiate baseball pitcher so my arm is important. I havnt used xfactor before but want to give it a try bc I've heard it's awesome. I was thinking worst case scenario I would trade it out for Alphamax which I've heard is awesome to. But I really wanna try X factor, do you think xfactor will mess up my joints that bad?

ArA joint side effects tend to be really over exaggerated. It's a side effect, so it is possible, but not likely. Most users don't report any joint discomfort

I posted in the ArA help thread this same response:

I have severe patellar tendonitis, have since college. Also had a mild case of golfer's elbow during my XFA run. I experienced no joint issues what so ever, and that was on a full 50 day cycle.

If it does, might be better to try and get a head of it if your that worried about it. Can look into Joint Help + Fish Oil to help you out.

XFA should alleviate joint issues. Doesn't mean it won't happen, but it's less likely than original X-Factor.

4 caps of XFA before my workout should raise an issue ? Or is dosing like that make it more possible that I will experience joint pain?

Being a collegiate athlete, X-Factor Advanced was the perfect choice. We always have athletes use Advanced as there is no need to risk any joint pain that will hinder your performance.

I've never once in my life, had joint issues with ara.

It does seem to be very individual, and it's great to hear from the many who get no sides whatsoever from ArA. Many get none, many get a very small amount of joint flare up from time to time, and then there are the rare few who report their joint issues as if it is a crisis and make the issue seem like a bigger deal than it is.

I was very concerned about increased sore joints before starting X Factor Advanced. I have had a lot of joint trouble in the past with AI's so that is why I was concerned (mainly elbows).

Since being on XF Advanced, I have had zero joint issues. I wish I would have tried this sooner. Almost ready to start bottle #2. I will take the required time to cycle off of it but I will more than likely always have this in my stack from here on out. Stuff is amazing!

I've been getting confused with all these "duplicate" products like X-Factor & X-Factor Advanced or Erase & Erase Pro...I realized Erase is the same just fewer pills to take but what about XFA & XF? What's the difference & which is preferred/works better?

Erase and erase Pro are not the same. Check the ingredient listing. XFA is the same as XF, but with added ingredients to be easier on the joints as some people complain of sore joints on X factor

It killed my joints but made me stronger. It was worth the short term trade.

thanks for that thread

Absolutely correct.

From everything that I've read it shouldn't effect your joints but you should always take fish oil and joint support supplements.

4g of fish oil/day + 3g of cissus (and if possible)+ animal flex.
