X-Dream samples? Sleep aids

Hi all, I was reading the BN forums and saw a post about X-Dream samples and just wanted to know if they are still available? Also, what sleeping aids are best for good sleep/dreams? I keep hearing ZMA, valerian, melatonin and GABA but don't know what I need.

decent size thread on sleep trouble started a few days ago and might actually still be active... dig deep you will find. As for the samples thats new to me, but I would be interested.
