So I was missing an item from one of my earlier orders made back in March (massive sample month), it was a rather expensive item. I contacted NutraPlanet15 and he responded immediately, shipped the missing item which I received yesterday. Great customer service NP!
 
I want to put an order in but I'm scared....
 
I ordered $ 170.00 worth of stuff 11 days ago and it still has not shipped . My emails have not been answered and I finally called on Friday from work ( which I don't have time to do ) they told me it would ship out yesterday - it did not - I paid for 2 day shipping almost 2 weeks ago - I am now attempting to cancel and get a refund . It is a bummer because NP used to be the only place I ever shopped . You guys have to do better at responding to your customers .
 
Guys, this is not the NP bashing thread. If you have a problem, then contact them as per the rules have stated for over 10 years.

Thats a nice hook up bro. The shirt is dope!. Hope i get something like this. Package coming today. Has placed a few good orders in the last 3 months. Havent seen many goodies. Not like i used to at least.
