Did everyone that received already use flat rate shipping and if so, did it come fedex smart post?
 
Hey guys, entered my shipping number into FedEx. It says my package is delivered, I don't live in Newark NJ. I live in Australia. Please can anyone help?
 
Ok that makes more sense, plus the fact that the package that was delivered weighed 33 pounds

FIMS shipments only have tracking until they leave the United States. They will leave out of the Port in NJ. That is where they leave the US on their way to the international destination. From that point most packages are delivered in 7-10 business days.
 
I gotta hand it to them. Ordered last night, shipped today. Can't beat that!

Nutraplanet did it BIG!
The duffel bag is legit. All the pockets for different things. And the samples are awesome, can't wait to try em out.
Though I've always been a customer of NP this will definitely keep them at my main go to shop for everything I need.

Wow! What a great delivery! I am loving that duffel bag myself. Already rocked it to the gym earlier and I advertised Nutraplanet to them.
 
Is the Easter sale of 76 products final or you are going to add more ? Asking because I want to place my order !
 
Both of my orders are due to arrive tomorrow... I get to try the new Xtend right before I leave town for spring break!! :cheers:

So I placed an order at Nutraplanet on March the 10th, which is before NP started announcing they were giving freebies away. I didn't order a large sized order so I was surprised my order came in a large box today. To my surprise, inside the box was a NP gym bag. The fact that they surprised me as an international customer with this when I didn't need to put a coupon or a message in the order notes, is making me feel appreciate NP on another level. Thanks NP! I really appreciate it. You guys got a superb Easter sale going on and I've already put another order yet again. I hope other international customers also get some good stuff/samples/freebies too. I'm glad I stuck with you guys even though there were some little bumps along the road since the transition from last year.

Before i place my order. Could nutraplanet or anyone confirm that the APS Mesomorph on the site is the current version or the old v2.0? on the site it appears to be listed as V2.0.
If i don't here back in a day or so i'll just put order in without it

Not with NP, but appears only V2 is in stock, original is listed as being out of stock, if that helps any

Giving 'ol Nutra another shot. Just a small test order for now on a few staples.

We had some trouble in the past Nutra and I, but I'm all about making amends. I'll keep this updated with order details to come.

So I just got home and finally was able to open my order. Took 8 days for it to arrive from about 3hrs away...

While I appreciate the bag, shirt, shaker, samples, and presurge (all freebies)... I didn't get what I ordered and paid for at all.

My order was 3 modern bcaa (I only got two) and 1 black cheer xtend perform (I got mango). This is completely ridiculous that they literally screwed up a two product order AND shorted me the product I actually wanted and paid for.

NutraPlanet15 you guys need to fix this as you owe me a modern bcaa and the correct flavor of xtend perform that I even pm'd you personally.

Unfortunately, this just has made my distrust towards nutra even worse than before and I highly doubt I will be buying from there again. Very unfortunate to have seen such a great company fall so far so fast. Sorry nutra, but I tried to give you another chance and you flat out blew it.

No response from anyone here and I emailed CS a little bit ago in hopes someone will rectify this. Just wanted to make sure this gets attention.

Got an email back from CS (within an hour) and they are sorting this out for me and sending the products on Monday. Hopefully everything works out this time ha

What I love about NutraPlanet:

- communication / customer service
- fast shipping
- gifts

Why I am a bit disappointed:

- I live in Europe and the shipping used to be 7.95 Fedex for around 2lbs package which was great. I think NP now decreased it to 1lb, which I am kind of OK with. But there are some false claims when it comes to weight of certain tubs. For instance Conqu3r Unleshed 2lbs? When in reality it's under 1lb, same goes for Game Day. I would like someone to explain me why this happens.

Overall

I will buy again.
 
Awesome. -- FIMS is 7.95 a pound-- So Glad that you got your stuff and it looks like you were able to get some really great upgrades. The problem with FIMS shipping is just like most every other shipping options. 1lb = 1lb and 1.1lb =2lb. Game Day alone weighs 0.7lbs. So once we add in the packing and the box it puts it at 1.3lbs. Which is now figured in as 2lbs. Of course it doesn't account for all the free items that we sent. For every pound of free item it cost us 8 bucks. We of course didn't add those weights into the package as they were freebies to you. So we paid the extra for shipping those for you. --

It is really hard to be able to give international customers lots of upgrades, as customs seems to not like it for one. And then for every pound of upgrades it cost us 8 more dollars to ship it to you (via FIMS)-

Thank you for clarifying. So simple, still I didn't realize lol.

I had to pay customs around 45 euros more which is something like 50 bucks (there was still problem with freebies in the packages because it still has value and one should pay taxes). For instance if I have an invoice like:

10 shirts .... $100
2 shirts free $0
I have to pay taxes from the total of $120 lol.

On the other hand if it would be on the invoice like:

10 shirts + 2 .... $100
In this case I pay taxes from $100. Weird, but that's how it is.


Whatever, I'm OK with paying taxes. I just wanted to mention that a 2lb is sweet spot for my packages. It seems like customs office has problem with heavier packages and they check those more often. All of my other orders at around 2lbs arrived without any additional import taxes.
 
Being completely honest.. I truly dislike your new site. I find it hard to see and find things. I prefer a much simpler lay out.

With that being said.. I will continue to order from you guys though :)
 
My resent package arrived last night... I'm a bit nervous as it says they put it in my mailbox (which isn't that big) even though it's supposed to contain a tub of xtend perform and modern bcaa + whatever samples/freebies they threw in... I'll report back tonight with good news hopefully ha
