I was an avid NP customer before the changes. I ordered once after during Black Friday and had a minor problem but was able to get it resolved without too much hassle. I had to order without signing in and still have been unable to get into my acct ever since the website change. I'm considering checking out as a guest but would really like to access my customer acct.

After, or during Black Friday?
 
What's the st pattys day coupon code, np doesn't recognize my email anymore and I don't get the newsletter
 
I will look into it. Berberine we have had some question about. It would be a new good bulk item I think. ALA and Rala has never really sold well in bulk, but will look into it as well.

I had an email discussion with customer service, and ordered a mesomorph, we agreed in rocket pop, but i got grape. :P not a biggie, but i got a wee bit disappointed with NP... however, things are seeming a lot brighter, so ill def remain a loyal customer ^^

awesome. Was able to use my old account and hoping Nutra turns it around, had written Nutra off after my last order- was sent a mass gainer instead of whey (to NP's credit was refunded after dogging cu so it worked out).

Just got an email about Performax Labs and NP teaming up for sweet deals!
 
Does NP have a shipping goal, just to set proper expectations? Like same day before X time, or within X days? I think that would help ease a lot of the pre-existing concerns
 
Trying to get an additional pick up to get more orders out the same day, but working hard on trying to ship everything by the next day. On some of the big sale and big newsletter days it might add another day to the processing time. However we are working hard in getting those big sale days trimmed down on hold time as well.

Hope you guys will give us some feedback on what you thought about these upgrades. Most of these boxes are going out of here busting at the seems.

Whit my last order I had problems with customs as there was no receipt included to declare the correct total value. Do you still not include a receipt for international orders?

Will I get a tracking number on my order from last night? I got a confirmation email but no tracking number yet & typically I get one same day. Just not sure if that means it has/hasn't been sent yet.
 
After talking to NutraPlanet15 via PM if they/he could help me re-label the invoices on my larger orders. Impressed with his quick response and communication, I placed a large unplanned order immediately, which I'll probably give some away... let my mum see if Flexatril will respond well as she's got some bone/joint problems from previous accidents

I'm certainly looking forward to this year with Nutraplanet!

It was Nov. 26. Day after BF. Couldn't sign in so checked out as a guest. Order shipped in decent time and arrived fine. Only problem was a B1G1 Free on a 240 ct multi. I received a 120 ct. It was handled next day by email cust service and received missing item a week later. Overall the experience was okay. Not bad not a homerun. I am super happy to know that NP is really dedicating themselves to getting back to their high standards. They provided me with so many great shopping experiences that they deserve the chance to win back my confidence. When they're on their game they really are the best.

When I first became a member of this forum, it was Black Friday. I couldn't believe how popular NP was amongst its members because of the great deals and excellent customer service. It's clear that NP is gonna come back and better than before.

To my knowledge, as long as you placed the code in the order comments section, you should be good, regardless of price.

If you are referring to the code that would go in the comments section, I think it might be good till the end of the month. No sure though.

We have been loading down every AM customer...regardless. The flat rate shipping customers just got a little more.. no one should be disappointed

Well I already got my order but unfortunately no freebies got added, I am impressed with the prompt shipping though
