Is this what happens when the d-bags in the gym who throw weight around with no form get old? how can't possible get a good ROM with his hand resting on his leg like that
 
You people never heard of Sri? Dude was out there but was a good man. If I'm not mistaken years ago he claimed he could levitate and even fly. He would sit on the floor Indian style.... Lean forward..... Then jerk his whole body up and back and get an inch off the ground! He used to claim it was a matter of time before he could fly around the world (I am almost positive that was him, now I gotta Google that ****) but he has a ton of "lifting feats"... Hell pat Robertson has a vid out showing "god giving him the strength" to leg press like 800 lbs or something.... (About an inch) but there is a ton of this ****.... Another great one is search "world record power shrug" on YouTube/Google. God now I gotta find some of this stuff! ;-)

BTW, the diff between Sri and people like Robertson is that Sri was actually a good man with good intentions. If you read his philosophy on life, the world, etc... It is obvious his intentions were always good.

The dude was like 70 something....yea its dumb. When it started were you thinking "boy this is gonna be special!" Lol...

If you got into his philosophy on life though... He was a pretty cool dude.... That did some dumb stunts.
