So I have started a cycle on the 4th. I am not gaining any weight. I think I have actually lost a pound. I am noticing very minor strength increases if any at all. I am running 45mgs right now and feel like I should definitely notice more from this cycle. My cals are about 3000-4000. anyone have nay ideas on what is going on here let me know.

the fact that you give a 1000 calorie range for your estimated daily intake means you have no idea how many cals you take in. i dont gain until 4300. why dont you track what you really take in, and then increase it 1000 cals since you're not even eating at maintenance now.

Urb, you beat me to the punch bro! Haha! I was just scrolling down to write the same thing. There's a huge difference between 3000 and 4000 calories a day. Get a better idea of how much you're eating, and then add to it.

If it is the EST phera it might be bunk.. At least I thought so. It did nothing for me until i switched to AX phera.

Trust me i have been doing this for a while. I know what my cals are. I just keep them at about 3000 for non workout days and more about 4000 for work out days. That is all don't get it twisted:trout:

i've been doing this a while too, and i still suck at estimating. i use fitday.com. that way i know 100% for sure.
you weigh about 5 more lbs than me. let me tell you, at 3500 i lose weight fast. 4K is maintenance and i dont even begin to gain until 4300+. for you to only take in 3K a day, that's the reason you're not gaining.
