Day 23
Cardio- Beast session, decided to go for a little jog for a change, great weather and I'm VERY happy I had my Blast to sip on or I would've died of dehydration haha.
Workout- Back/Bi's/Hams
Deads 12/12/10/10/8
Pull ups/leg curls 12/12/10/10/8
Close grip pull ups/EZ reverse curls 15/12/12/10/8
Hammer curls 15/15/15/15/15
Notes- AWESOME workout! Deads are coming great, put up good weight. Great energy again for how tired I've been, tobad today was my last day......
Starting tomorrow I'm going to take around a week or so off then ease back in, think I've been majorly overtraining so I think this is a much deserved break.
