I have been reading a number of threads on this compound and have heard mixed things about it. Some say huge strength increases & vasularity, some say it's all placebo. I figured the latter would happen w/me. I have been on m5aa for about 12 days now, starting at 30mg a day and worked up to 60mg.
I thought I noticed a little bit more energy and focus in the gym, but I was sure it was all in my head. Then monday I put up 245 for 8 when I normally get 2-3, 225 for incline for 8 where I normally do 205 for 5. Tuesday I got 10 wide grip chins w/45 lbs around my waist when I normally get 5-6. I am setting PRs left and right. I love this stuff and recommend it to everyone.
