This will be somewhat of a log, I recieved my YG on friday and dosed it all weekend without lifting. I did back and bi's on monday but with a broke finger i was limited. tuesday i missed due to working long hours. Keep in mind i dosed this stuff according to USP on off days.
today I dosed properly and did squats today.
Now im not much for placebo, or jumping the gun But ive never seen or felt a leg pump as i did today. I had a dose at 0915 at 0930 I ate eggs ham and hashbrowns with orange juice.
4 hrs later I had a serving followed by a shake with oats peanutbutter and bananna's with a spoon ful of table sugar
After squatting 325 x 6 then 375 x4 i did aset of leg extensions for 15 reps. to really squeeze the quads. I honestly cant say ive felt anything like this, My legs were so full they hurt. just resting there my quads were just bulging which has never happened.
Even throught out the day i just look fuller as if i was in the gym 45 min ago. As im typing this my forearms and veins are bulging out:bruce1:
I did some leg curls holding a dumbell on a flat bench and my hamstrings felt like they wanted to tear. Now ive been gettin some headaches with this and i had a pounding headache during the workout which kinda made me dizzy a bit, but man this is some serious ****

If I can get passed the headaches 9 which i think is hydration isssue ) even though im pissing left and right and drinking alot of water. If I can deal with the headaches this will own.
