I was going through some old stuff and discovered an old bottle of Opti-men. Expiration was 05/13, would you still take it? Not that multivitamins are all that expensive, but I am pretty cheap. Haha

Forgot to mention it's been opened. It's been open for at least three years if I'm remembering correctly.

I would still take them. Your good It probably has lost some potency though but it should still be good to go.
