Would stacking N.O shotgun and the new 17 HD platinum be ok for bulking?

I recently ordered both to expierment with them. I was thinking about taking 17 HD 45 min before workout, and N.O shotgun a half hour before. Just wondering if this would be a good idea or not. Thanks.
