Lets cut to the chase here. Lets get to the bottom line.
Most pro's, would they be in the shape they are in and able to get the results they have gotten if they did everything naturally? For example going up to 13% bodyfat in the offseason and then cutting down to 5 or 6 % a few months later. Reason I ask this is cause I Feel for the guys in the gym who actually think its realistic to look like guys in magazines just because they lift. This leads to them getting discouraged and many end up quitting. I try to explain to them what you see in Magazines is not reality. We haven't even spoken about how what you see is all photoshopped on top of the "supplements" these people are taking. Along with the doctors who monitor them on a regular basis.
