Worth cutting with Havoc

I am 5'11 and will weigh about 205 at 14%bf at the time that I start the cycle. I am going to begin my 5 week Havoc cycle soon but now I am considering cutting on it so I can finally get down to a respectable bf and for once in my life see the abs and other muscles I've worked for. Do you think I should cut with the Havoc or just bulk with it and cut after I finish the cycle?

That pic was from May when I was at 200 and since then I continued to bulk up to 225, and I have now cut down to about 218. I will continue to cut for 2 more months before my cycle. What should I do?
 
I'd bulk with it, spend some time past PCT maintaining the heavy weight, and slowly cut it back
 
i would lean out some first then put on some clean mass with it. my cycle was really dry gains.

p.s. start bombin' those lats!
 
Thanks for the advice man. Are you sayin my lats are lagging? I'm not offended at all just do not know if I am reading it right. If so thanks for the critiques.
 
Just some advice from someone whose been in your position, and about your bf%, maybe a little less. I debated about whether I wanted to bulk or cut over the summer, and decided to keep bulking. The whole cycle, I was wishing I had cut instead, especially in the summer. Even adding 10 pounds, it wasn't nearly as apparent as it would have been if I had cut first then bulked. There's a point where you start getting frustrated with your midsection, and it gets hard to be motivated to eat like you need to when you bulk when you start getting too concerned about the unwanted pounds adding up. I think a 5 to 6 week epi cycle, would be a great opportunity to cut some of that fat down. Maybe use the first 3 weeks to knock off a good 3 to 5 pounds, while still adding some muscle, then use the last half of your cycle to grow on a calorie surplus.
 
havoc is a good supplement, and if you eat right you will be able to add muscle and lean out at the same time.

you may not see a jump in scale weight, but you will be adding muscle while losing bf
 
So you guys think I should just eat at a small deficit of about 300-500 and this will lean me up while sparing all muscle and maybe even gaining some.
 
I feel like since I only get 2 cycles a year it would be a waste to cut with such an anabolic substance.

that's exactly how I feel

Cutting is easy, basically lower the carbs and up the cardio. Preservation of mass doesn't seem so important to me because lost lbm comes right back when you start bulking. And if you were bulking in the first place, all the better, you hit the point where it's hard to bulk any further and bam. THat's what steroids are for, blasting through barriers.

If you were to do a recomp I would definitely avoid lowering calories and letting the compound do the recomp work for you. Instead of lowering calories, up the cardio.

yes, didn't mean it to come across as an insult. upper back looks good! try this:

cable row with straight bar; underhand grip and close; keep your chest high and pull the bar toward your belly button. coworker at my gym suggested i do that too to pull up my lower lats. if you aren't feeling it, keep the weight lighter!
