These studies showed that creatine had an effect on the brain metabolism of people with depressive disorders and increased the effectiveness and speed of SSRI’s. Pretty good reads. Had no idea that creatine’s effect on ATP effected the brain. You learn something every day.
So yeah, you might have to change your dose or wait until you adjust if you plan on taking an SSRI.
