with proper supps do you guys think this is over working...
monday-chest,back,tris
tues-shoulders,bis
wed-legs
thursday-chest,back,tris(for chest all done with dumbells this day to take stress off the shoulder and to mix it up)
friday-shoulders,bis

i also run everyday for about a half hour
 
I would take a break in between circuit 1 & 2. maybe change it up to

day 1- Chest/ back
day 2- bi/ tri
day 3 -Legs & shoulders
day 4- off
day 5- chest/ back
day 6- bi/ tri
day 7- leg & shoulder
day 8- off
