Workout week layout.

Looking for some advice. So I am starting a new routine and I want to work out arms twice a week. I want to start with bis and tries on Monday and then again on thurs or Friday. My question is and what I'm looking for feedback on is....if I were to work out arms twice a week is there any recommendation anyone has for the layout of the rest of the week. Example arms Monday, legs Tuesday, back Wednesday, arms thursday chest friday ext. trying to get some advice on the best way to lay out the routine to get ample rest... any advice is appreciated...
 
Too much overlap. Try this:
M - Back
T - Chest, Delts
W - Legs
Th - Rest
F - Bi's, Tri's
S - Rest
S - Rest
