Looking for a workout plan that satisfies my goals as well as realiatic to body type, genetics, and diet. Appreciate any help or suggestions-5'8"-190lbs,-trying to lose belly/body fat and build muscle and strength.
 
Diet will dictate 95% of the things you're looking for. You just need a workout plan that supports that. Define your diet, then find a workout plan that you enjoy and fits.
