Workout like a beast

Hi Folk

I am back to the track after 7 months and I would like to start working out twice a day for just good result, targetting to lose as much as I can from body fat.
I am on the right diet and Supplement ( hope so for the supplement), which workout program should I use
honestly bored with normal old school work ( attached), all info about my body age, etc ( attached )

Please advice. Thanks

Try DC(dogcrap) training. 4 sets of 10 will get very boring, this will help with that.
Cycle your carbs. Maybe a 3 off 1 on.
Done, you’ll get swole and lose body fat.
