Never posted anything like this, and it’s weak compared to some of your badass recipes, but this **** has been making my days lately

340g nonfat Greek yogurt
1-2 scoops lean whey coconut caramel
Chopped chocolate coconut Built bar on top

I know the protein is way too high but idgaf it’s too delicious

Macros:
P: 100
C: 35
F: 10

Usually mix my creatine in with it, and sometimes top with Walden chocolate syrup or cocoa pb2

I'm not on any diet but I eat full-fat greek yogurt mixed with raw honey, granola, berries, and peanut butter.

Sometimes I make a bowl of oatmeal, mix it with protein powder, some fruit and/or nuts.

Ooo that sounds good

I also like mixing Beverly UMP angel food cake protein powder with yogurt and then topping it with a cup of mixed frozen berries

Straight whey isolate tends to mix a little easier than the protein blends though
 
That looks super delicious. It’s like a protein explosion but yeah sometimes a healthy treat makes you forget about things like that right?
