so i got twisted up and caught a knee on the back I thought I thought it was just a pulled muscle but turns out it was two fractured ribs. dr says it's going to take approx 6 weeks to heal . it's been about 4 weeks so im thinking im just gonna go and rest than start a solid bulk of test deca and a dbol kick start ..oh I might do test tren eq and abombs

I've used all the compounds numerous time over the last 20 years and know these two cycles put on good solid muscle
 
Coming off a broken hand so I'm in the same boat. Getting ready to start MK-677, will run it for about 8 months. In a couple weeks once my hand's healed plan on starting slow for about 2 weeks then if everything feels good gonna start some DMZ and M-sten for about 6 weeks...Can't wait. Itching to get back into the gym
