working for Father-in-law's business

What do you guys think of an opportunity to work for my father-in-laws business. it's very lucrative and we have a great relationship. I'm open to any comment. I've heard from both extremes, what do you think?
 
I've worked for family before. The biggest thing I believe is that you have to keep business as business. If I screwed up I expected to be in trouble as an employee not as a family member.

Being it's your father in law, I'd be weary that any time your wife and you had an argument, expect to catch hell at work if he's the over protective type.
