Hi my name is Erik. I currently weigh 195 pounds. Looking to lose weight. What kind of exercises or workout plan should I follow. I've been doing a lot of lifting but I'm guessing that won't help me lose weight. Should I do a lot of cardio? Ab exercises? I want six pack abs and ideally a slimmer body. Would love to have somebody keep me in check and be like a mentor from time to time. I'm trying to lose like 30 pounds!!!

Getting you're diet figured out for your goals is the first thing. Maybe try jim stoppani's shortcut to shred plan. It has a diet plan layed out for you as well as every workout laid out and supplementation recommendations.
Idk if you've tried fat burners or not but maybe try one of our top ten fat burners at strong supplement shop as well. But i've recommend following the jim stoppani's plan and see how that works out for you.

I would look into kris gethins 12 week hardcore transformation. It has diet, meal plan, supplementation plan and workouts for all 84 days with individual videos and logs for each and every day. I lost 25 lbs on this plan and got in the best shape of my life. It changed my life. Good luck bro
