Work outs heavy n heavier

I was told my little brother lol, that I have the weirdest workout he had ever seen...
I warm up with a few sets then I lift heavy n heavier... With a tremendous volume of reps.. I do full range of motion till I can only get half then quarter then I just hold the weight under resistance till morning is left.... I m bulking it is winter... Also I don't count reps I go by feel I exhaust the muscles...
Anybody else lift "weird" like this????
 
No, there is no way to keep up with progress doing this, also sounds like a great way to get injured. Find a program that's proven and that looks like something you'd enjoy and keep notes on your lift's and progress. Or you can just keep lifting heavy n heavier haha. Good luck

I track progress... I like feeling that weight . when I cut down I strict up diet form and splits and supplements...
 
By keeping track I was going off you saying you don't count reps. Either way do what works for you, it's always good to try new programs to see how your body responds to them.
