Awww man I have always wanted to try In-N-Out! But there isn't any in the UK :(

It was my first In-N-Out experience. Burger was fantastic. Not greasy or heavy. Great, unique flavor. The animal fries were also good BUT they had a TON of caramelized onions. The onions were too much for me. Good at first, but started to make me queezy.
 
Haven't updated much in PCT - sorry about that. I was pretty damn suppressed but I'm back to good now. Still have about 2.5ish weeks left on Nolva. Planning my natty stack, still.
BamBam0319 wanna weigh in ? I know you're using some of these now.

Need suggestions on a natty stack to tie me over for the time being.

I use Triumph, Endure, MaxReps as staples.

Woody, I'm on Super Rhanderol by PL and feeling pretty good on that. I'll be able to give you a better idea of it's results next month when I run it solo and out of PCT.

I have some experiences running ECDY products. I feel stronger on em for sure.
 
Weighed in at 179. Lost about 4 lbs in PCT plus being sick. Pretty good.

Workout was brutal
 
Quick update: steady at 179. Calories are still at ~3500. But I'm lethargic like I'm on high dose SD... Seriously it's 7 pm and I want to go to bed.. I just feel drained AF this week. No idea why. . Went to bed last night at 8 pm and didn't wake up until 8:15 am... Was late to work. Still exhausted.

That sucks, bro! Hopefully that lethargy lifts soon, I hate having to drag myself around when the energy just isn't there.
 
I think that the fitbits do a decent job tracking sleep patterns although they are very sensitive. They track movements in your sleep as well so say you roll over(not necessarily awake) it may say that you woke up during the night. I've had nights where it said I woke up 10 or more times, but again they are useful and I like to see how far I walk/run lol. The one thing I regret is not getting the one with the heart rate monitor, I think it would make the device more accurate during workouts.
