Hey guys.

My friends fiance wants to put some weight on. What are some supplements that would help her to put some weight on.

Of course, I am suggesting to eat more often and to eat more food, but besides that I am just looking for some supplement that might help her with that. Something like yellow gold, R-ALA or something like that.

What do you guys think?
 
Well, I guess I already know the answer.

Yellow Gold: 500 mg three times daily 15-30 minutes before meals. Then to eat lots of carbs. The problem is that it's gotta be more natural (at least not tasting like pure ****, and capping is a mess anyways).

Something that a normal person, that does not workout much could use, but not Burger King, Wendy's...
