Winter Bulking with my friend 1 Andro!

Had a great workout !! Nothing to report yet tomorrow is the last day of week 1 . Goes by fast can't wait until it kicks in.

Chest and back tomorrow going to keep it standard

All exercises will be 4 sets with the last set to failure

Bench press
Incline dumbbell press
Db incline flies
Hammer strength decline press

Barbell row
Lat pull downs
Db row drop set to failure !
 
There was some out dated into from an ex rep floating around recommending its use on cycle. It's not necessary so no reason to do it :)

That's my bad on the pct I didn't realize doc Scott was no longer a rep and had outdated info. Thanks for the advice monty I now know for my next cycle.
 
Sorry haven't posted u. A while got that stomic bug going around. Spent last nigh at the er and missed my pm dose . I'll be back at it soon

Hope you will recover fast and go back on training. It is funny that things like this happen exactly when you start your cycle.
But if you feel that you need to rest more you should do so. Remember, rest and recovery is important as the training session, even when you on cycle.
 
Should be back at Sunday or Monday . Can't wait feeling better today finally getting some food down .
 
Got back to the gym today!!! A little weak from being cal deprived but overall good chest session. Tomorrow should be back on full force back day can't wait . Only dropped 2 pounds for the 4 days I was sick

Man I feel ya on being sick. I've had some kind of evil bug the last few days as well.

Make sure to keep hydrated and get some vit c in there. Will be back on top in no time flat.
 
Yah I think the 1 andro kept the weight on when I couldn't eat . Only down two pounds . Hopefully I'll be full effect tomorrow
 
Great back and bi workout today !!
Feeling a lot better and getting my macros back on track only lost 2 pounds from being sick . So upped my cals 100 more to help me out .
 
Back to full force ! Today is leg day

I'll start off with stiff leg deads
Move on to leg press
Leg ext
Lunges and leg curls superset

First dose down . No signs yet but I know soon it will kick in .
Plus being sick took me a step back

I'm currently having fan with the cycle. Everything kicking in and my strength climbing. Plus I see nice recomp. (:

On week four when I up it to 3 times a day what times are the best choices
yeah I don't know that I would bother splitting 3x thru day ... 2x dosing in AM/PM ~10-12hrs apart should be fine
I guess if you are set on taking 3x, just evenly split them up all with meals ~4-6hrs apart, breakfast/lunch/supper
 
I ment if I went to three caps a day would it be two a.m and 1 p.m

That is how I've always split my doses. Largest in the morning if it's an odd number.

final clarification: it doesn't matter how many caps you choose to take, 2x daily dosing is sufficient, always with food
breakfast & dinner usually works out, but everyone has different feeding patterns, so just make sure 10-12hrs apart
and as monte says, if there is an odd one then simply make one of the dosings odd..i too take the extra one first dose rather than last dose, if I am in the same odd# situation

In on this one. I had a great time on 1-andro! Literally pushed me to another level and haven't looked back. Really noticed it around weeks 3-4, I bulked up while leaning out. Everything was just coming together. Keep going

Shoulders and calves today!

Seated mil press 4 x8 -12
Upright rows 4x8-12
Lat raise 4x 8-12
Then some rear delt work and shrugs

Calves

Seated calve raises 3 sets each of toes inward out ward and straight ahead

It's grow time!!
 
Hey man thanks for this thread, I have been looking into 1-Andro on a friend's recommendation and it's good to see someone going on it. After looking into it for a while, I took the first few pills of my cycle yesterday - I generally don't eat breakfast (bad, I know) so I've been taking it along with milk thistle at lunch, two pills daily is the plan. Based on what some of you guys have been saying, I should split it up and do 1 and 1 with breakfast and dinner? I also hear that I should be taking a test booster to help combat the loss of libido? Is T-Bomb an ok supp to take throughout the cycle for this?

I do 1 in the more and 1 at night . To be honest I'm past 2 weeks now and my sex drive has dropped so little I don't really notice . So far over all I'm up 2 pounds . And my strength gains has started coming also . Week 4 ill up my dose to 3 a day and boy do you feel good on this stuff

welcome to the forum

no need to take test booster while on a hormone -- first of all, it would do you no good, secondly not everybody experiences loss of libido or lethargy (about half the users report these things); and third, if you do need to battle these you can take 1 cap of our REV PCT before bed or you can simply add in some stano

yes splitting the doses of 1-andro is best

perhaps you should start your own log? we'd love to follow along, and help you on your way!

3 sets of 40 sets walking lunges

3 sets of 20 leg curls
And a final burn out set of leg ext

Took first dose this morning can't wait to hit the gym!!! Starting week 4 I'll be going up to three caps a day . 2 in the a.m 1 in the p.m .
Run is great so far 0 sides and a great recomp going on with about 2 pounds gained

Def was a fun one . Even tho I'm recovering super fast on 1 andro I was still sore for a day. Also this stuff is kicking in I love it!!!!! Another pound up !!!!!
 
For future references if I ran stano with 1 andro or 1 alpha is pct still the same? Or would I add a serm?
