Yes rolling it over and over and over . Lift with golds gym gloves like me with the wrist straps . Order some cissus xt from phwsupplements. Take a few days off and see of it still hurts . Explain the location and level of pain u have .
Thx for the info brother!! I'll definitely look into rolling ****.. And it's right under my right thumb when I bend my hand forward or grip something to hard.. It's weird because the pain comes and goes. It seems worst early in the morning and late at night..
