winstrol tabs lower back pain?

I just started to take winstrol tabs at 50 mg ed for a week now and today I did legs and my back almost exploded..wtf? I have been getting cramps and my I have chicken legs but my calves are starting to actually pump and grow and become sore like no other. Anything I can take to reduce pain and swelling? I have been taking 1000 mg vitamin c and a **** load of potassium and fish oil as well as aspirin before my workout.

I don't want to bulk much bigger, maybe 5-10 pounds if im lucky. I am also getting much more vascular and tighter. My body fat is aroun6-7 percent and I just want to stay a the same bodyfat level while adding some muscle hardness and lean gain. Any specific amount of it?
