Winstrol as first cycle?

Just wondered if anyone could give me some input on Winstrol as a first cycle? Any sides, gains, water retention etc. Suggested dosing and PCT.

All comments will be greatly appreciated!
 
There are worse choices out there, I'd suggest it with some sorta test base (rs transaderm if you don't want to pin), but it has been used solo before. 50mg a day is pretty common doseage wise. SERM-based PCT of course.

Winstrol is notorious for wrecking lipids and joints, as well as being liver toxic.

Test is best.
 
I ran winny solo... and loved it... get some cissus and glucosamine and preload

80mgWinstrol/intermittent fasting/sprints/Bcaas = striations and roadmap veins in obliques
 
I'm on my fourth cycle and my favorite has been winny only. This was the only oral only cycle I have taken.
 
just like manbeast said, there are worse first cycles however, i wouldn't pick it as my first cycle... i am assuming you are wanting to cut if you are considering winny... is that right?
 
Ive been reading on Hdrol, epi and winny. Im looking for some size and strength gains as well as loosing some bf. Im going on holiday in October so I want to see what something will work like for me to finish a cycle before I go on holiday.
 
Helladrol seems to be the king of the recomps right now... best thing about recomping is that you lower bodyfat in two ways:
1) by lowering it directly.
2) by adding quality lean mass.

Epistane Cycle - Constructive Criticism Welcome

Thanks guys for all your input, taken on board and thought id propose my idea of a first Epistane Cycle.

Week 1 & 2
Preload with Hawthorne Berry, Omega 3s, milk thistle & Glucosomine.
(Anyone recommend any cycle assist instead)

Week 3 onwards
Epistane
30/30/30/30/30-40/30-40
Plus all supplements.

PCT
Nolva 20/20/10/10
Maxiraw TurboTest (Bottle dosage)
Creatine
Tribulus

For those who haven't seen other posts im 5'6 short, 168lbs and 12%BF. Good clean diet & no booze. I've been lifting since October 2008.
Bench press 125kg/275lbs
Deadlift 150kg/330lbs
I'm not after massive gains, just an increase in strength, abit leaner and that hard look.

All help an advice is greatly appreciated.
