I got some Winny pills from a friend, it says on the bottle you should keep them under your tongue until they dissolve..? Do I have to do that or can I just swallow them?

Thanks, I'm a little confused...
 
It's just so annoying to walk around with them under my tongue... Didn't know if it actually would matter if I just swallowed them instead?
