Yeah I'm liking the Results so far but just need to cut my carbs down more a couple days a week. I'm big time endomorph and usually cut with very little carbs but I'm trying to preserve as much muscle as possible.

Day 19...

Diet was great today. This is how low I usually keep my cals when cutting. Felt good today as well no energy issues.

I'm really missing the sleep I was getting on LeCheek's MassHGH a couple months ago. Sleep has been about 6-6.5 hours a night on average I have to try and get that up.

Shoulders traps

Started with 15 min cardio on treadmill slower than I usually do. Burned 230 calories and ran 1.4 miles.

Day 20.....

Diet is still on point. I'm finally starting to see my body shape up. Vascularity is starting to show, was crazy vascular during arm day. Excited for these last fee days of the stack.

i have to admit i use the stairmaster machine more and more these days with time being so limited....but the machine is not even close to actually running stairs...not even!!!!!

Day 21....

Good diet once again. Starting to see a difference everyday when I look in the mirror. When I wake up I can see my abs trying to poke out more and more. Man I'm looking forward for the next couple months and happy this stack is giving me a great start to a new physique.

Only 5 hours of sleep last night which is not a lot after a heavy leg day but had to work late and back at work in the morning for a 18 hour shift. But its overtime so no complaining but did have a 2.5 hour break in between so I was able to hit the gym.

Still progressing. Today is a cheat day and rest day...this equals disaster but it's superbowl Sunday.

Day 23......ate 1 huge meal during the games. Crazy amount of wings, fries, onion rings, pizza, Etc. back at my grind tomorrow.

Today I ran out of OxyEcaBlack but have T2 left. Ill keep taking that twice a day until day 30.

your frame was made for packing on some muscle...i seem to put on muscle and fat equally easy, it's both a blessing and a curse the way i like to eat, lol.
