Have you tried squeezing the bicep tight and holding it for 2-3 seconds at the top of each rep on your curls?

Yeah i do that occasionally but not often enough. I need to start adding that I to every workout and set.
 
Not a bad day diet wise but still not perfect. I see my vascularity getting more noticeable and my pumps are feeling good as well. Long weekend coming up and I hope not to fall back to far.

Well diet was good until about an hour ago. I had a 1 lb burger with all the trimmings. But I'll make up for it when I get back on track next week. I will cheat a lot this weekend. I did however hit the gym for an intense 60 minute chest and
Ab workout. Everything was giant sets. Good
Workout.
 
So it's been a couple days since my last update. I have been taking the daa-hcg everyday but since Friday I haven't had a diet or worked out. Well i was able to get a back workout in today with abs but no cardio. This past weekend was horrible as far as diet, and I was sick Sunday and Monday. I'm trying to get back into the swing of things, I have a hectic work schedule tomorrow but I should be able to get a workout in I'm sure.

Yesterday was not to bad. I had a decent diet day but did have a slice of pizza. I had a long day at work but was able to get a 45 minute shoulder and trap workout. No cardio again but I'll pick that up next week.

Yeah, the Daa-hcg is treating me good. I still feel strong in the gym now that I am back in there, I'm getting good pumps as well. I am also recovering better, my soreness goes away faster the days after my workout. I literally lost all my abs in the last week, I hate that about my body, all my hardwork goes away fast, but after my last workout I feel better and think I will get back within the next week.
 
Ok, today was a good diet day up to dinner time. It was the wife's bday so I went out for dinner and just ate as I wanted, which was not good. I went to the gym today though for bicep, tricep, and abs. I was able to get 15 min of moderate cardio in and then had a great workout as well. If I can get my cardio up and my diet right I can be back to where i was by next weekend.....I hope lol

I'm slowly getting there, just a lack of motivation. Yesterday was a ok diet day, not perfect and I was able to get 30 min cardio in as well. I also did a leg day yesterday. It was a decent workout but it took forever bc I just felt extremely unmotivated. But I'll get back at it.
 
A good chest and ab workout today. Diet is so so . Busy days make it hard but as long as I'm in the gym I'm in the right direction . Also I can't stand the taste of the daa hcg anymore lol but I mix with just water now.
 
Yeah I know what you're saying about the taste. Some supplements are kinda ok taste wise to begin with and then about 3/4 of the way through the bottle start just gagging it down. It mixes good with Crystal Lite green tea.

I may have to try that mix with the Crystal lite. I just man up and take it while working so it's just easier to put in water and chug. It's tolerable just not tasty, I only drink water and when I do drink some kind of flavored drink I don't want to sacrifice the taste lol.
 
Another day down. Day off of work but made it to the gym. Back day. Had a good workout but no cardio. Diet is just ok but need to get better. Got
A couple days left or the supplement so I'm trying to get better so I can have some good pics to show for my finish photos.
 
Ok, another day down. Diet was better but not perfect. My protein intake was low today, probably around 200 and I'm sure my carbs were over 100 but I feel good. Tomorrow I'm back at it with full force. Days have been so busy for me. I was able to get a shoulder and ab workout in tonight. Everything was super and giant sets. Felt good and got a good burn. I'm weighing 207.5 right now when two weeks ago I was down to 197. So I def put weight on but I'll get most of it gone soon I'm sure. I hold weight easily. My abs are gone again but I'll get them back within two weeks. Carb depleting and cardio for about 4 days in a row really shows results for my body and if I do that for about 2 weeks I'll be good.
 
I'm also feeling bigger and more muscular. I'm thinking its the daa-hcg. My vascularity is still good and my muscles look thicker through my clothes. So although I'm not ripped I feel big.

Pumps felt good as well, decent arm pump from the beginning to end of the workout, and vascularity still good. I'm feeling better, my muscles look fuller when looking in the mirror, I'm starting to get a better musculature because the last week I have been looking sluggish.

Well I was doing good and then today I ruin it. I had pizza and a lot of snacks. The macros below do not show all the sugar I ate in the bulk candy section at the grocery store, I was Stealing m&ms , chocolate covered pretzels, dark chocolate etc. it was bad. I did however get about 30 min cardio in, running outside, I did a good leg and ab workout as well. Tomorrow I will have a better diet and I'll prob be done with the daa-hcg this weekend.

Today was a good diet day. I did have some dark chocolate and peanut butter which was delicious but not to much of it. I did a chest workout with a 2 mile outside run after work, and I just finished a 4 mile outside run just now. Tomorrow will be my last day or the daa-hcg. I've enjoyed It thus far and believe that it has helped me not get to sloppy when I had my slumps and it also helped get me out of my slumps faster as well.

Review up, my home has become the hotel for all the out of Town family. They all leave tonight so I should have time write it up tomorrow.

Lol, they were slowly coming back, and then the holiday came. That has equaled no gym and tons of food. I'm up to 215 lbs when I was 203 Friday. That's a lot of eating...
 
Taurus Labs DAA-HCG

First off thank you Taurus labs and Lukehayd for the opportunity to log and review this product. It was a trying 30 days but I am definitely satisfied with the results. The following is my opinion on the product, DAA-HCG.

Taste: 4/10, I did not like the taste of this product. It was fine when I first started out and was mixing it with juice or soda but eventually I got lazy and just mixed it with water. With water it was nasty but it was sealable. When mixed with a drink it is better. Its not a flavored supplement but the non-flavor was
Not pleasant.

Mix ability: 7/10, the supplement mixes well but there is some sediment left over at the end of every use.

Muscle growth: 9/10, for only around a month I feel like I can see a difference from my before and after pics. I see the same definition (for the most part) as when I started the supp but I weigh a little more and feel like I look slightly bigger. I feel like this is impressive for only a month. I took these pics April 6th and was around 205lbs.

Pump: 7/10 I obtained good pumps in the targeted area every time I worked out. Pumps are hard for me to obtain in my biceps and back at times but they were consistent with this product. They were not intense but they were noticeable and consistent.

Vascularity:7/10, my veins stayed "popping" out of my skin, from my calves to my forehead, you could see these ropes running through my body.

Weight loss: 8/10 I didn't lose weight on this product at the end but my initial goal was to drop weight. I was down to 197 at one point before my diet went south. While at 197 I had a full 6 pack with less belly fat. So it aided in weightless when my goals and diet were targeted around it.

Sex drive: No change in my sex drive, it was as high as ever.

Side affects: No notes side affects what so ever.

Overall I would rate this product at 7/10 and state that it does work and is effective. I would say it is a good buy and I would use it again.

These photos were taken 4/6 And I am 205lbs. My diet was crappy but I think the gains could have been better if I stuck to a Good diet. But I am happy with the results.
