Wilpit attempts the "V Cut"

Struggling. In the last several days I have only had a couple good diet days and a lot of bad choices. I have been in the gym though which is good. I can't make it to the gym Tonight so tomorrow I really need to buckle up and start anew. I am going backwards and can see it in my physique. I'm sure once I carb deplete and get some good cardio sessions under my belt I will be back in business. So I'll have to keep a good diet and then Sunday I'm def cheating for the Super Bowl.
 
Still hurting, 2 days in a row with no gym and a bad diet. But the last week has been bad for me. I can see my changes disappearing but I'll be back to things soon. Im hype, just got my muscle marinade and D-Pol stack in the mail. I'm doing a sponsored log for this. So this is going to give me the motivation I need to start back up. Check it out:

No today was shoulder trap ab day. I take only one day off a week for rest. I do a 5 day split so each muscle gets 5-6 days rest in between.
 
Haven't posted in a while but im still on my cutting journey. Ive been busy logging my stack for Purus labs muscle marinade and D-Pol.

So far I like it. The two products are taken within an hour of the gym and it makes the workouts more intense and energy is good. Get decent pumps and vascularity really shows. Only on day 6 of it so I think within the next week I should seeing more results from it.
 
Long party weekend which I'm sure is going to set me back but it was worth it. Back at it tomorrow with leg day and get back on the diet.

Looking at these pics from 5-6 weeks ago when I first started and I see a crazy difference for that amount of time. I'm only about 6-8 pound difference too.

Keep up the good work man ur getting shredded up. Idk if u mentioned this before but what r u taking besides muscle Marinade ad d pol?

Aaronjp1 is right. I only take protein besides the d-pol and MM. I take a daily vitamin and just got some orange triad multi vitamin that I may add. I am not taking any creatine or fat burners right now.
