Here are too many supplements in the market. I don't know which one to buy. Recently I've read an article about diy supplements, which said it's very easy and just fill the supplement in to an empty capsule. I wonder does anyone here have done this before? And which supplement do you fill?

Unless you encapsulate the powders in an unhygienic environment, I don't think it matters. I use a Surgical glove, mask to cover my face and a closed Aircon room.
