Unanswered Will supplements stop working if i drink to much water

guys, i just started IF 16/8 fasting

and i take 10mg mk677, fat burner, arimistane and cissus in the morning
i drink like 5-7 liters of waters the first 4-5hours of the day because im fasting

will the mk677 etc flush out and not work because im drinking and peeing so much

Why the hell do you need 5-7 litres of water in 4-5 hours? Seems excessive, but no I don’t think it will effect the supplements.

i probably drank like 8 liters in 4-5 hours actually

i just started 16/8 fasting for the first time this week and i get very thirsty, i feel great though just peeing alot

No I wouldn't bother trying to cleanse it. Straight from the nozel would be best.

I would go into a cup and add crystal light for flavoring and 10mg of Bioperine for superior absorption.

Lower your water intake. Make sure you get enough sodium.
