will SA slash my E2?

i have just tested with zrt came back to following levels:

total t 504 (400-1200)
estradiol 49 (12-56)

i ordered arimidex and will be using this .25 mg twice a week (to not go too low) and see if total t increases and estradiol lowers

if this works fine i'll probably stick with it, i just need to see if i can get a high/normal test level of around 650-700 and see if indeed lower estradiol gives me better wood

will SA be able to lower this estradiol level to normal range so i get good wood again and more energy/less brain fog? if so i would be willing to try it, have 2x total t and 2x e2 zrt test kits lying around

just looking for a more natural approach if it works

The Resveratrol contained in Sustain Alpha has mild Serm-like effects. If you're looking to significantly lower your E2, it's not going to do that. I would definitely look into adding the AI if this is your goal.

Your current test/estradiol levels are well within normal limits. Are you having issues with libido? If so, have you had your thyroid function checked?

i know, they came up from a lower level (370) once i added back in vitamin d, b12, folinic acid and greens powder and some other crap

i have always been having issues with libido, first and foremost due to low adrenals which is being treated with 15 mg hydrocortisone and 30 mg dhea

this allows me to have sex, which before i couldn't do (high stress/norepinephrine is my guess)

i was low and then added vit d and came up to 575, then i dropped all other stuff and back on HC/DHEA, bam back to 370 test levels

so i came up now, and would like to lower e2 to increase total test

i also want to increase my low thyroid since that is in the gutter.. low ft3 and total t3

i just read some posts that resveratrol could also increase test and lower e2 so that's why i am asking

anyway you're right that my test levels are heading in a good direction, but now i have floppy**** and sweating and high e2 symptoms, so thats why i ordered some arimidex, next will be thyroid hormone

i guess SA absorption is better but i can not compare it to a pill format resveratrol which is good.. any idea? suggestions?

Like Trauma said the Sustain will have a minor impact on total E2 levels, but it will help with erectile function and general libido.

The new oral Sustain is available now too, so you may want to consider that. (better absorption than the previous topical)

If your looking to lower E2 naturally do some research on DIM. DIM has a lot of reseach behind it and it basically balances you estrogen levels in favor of esterone by lowering estradial and estroil.
