1) Yes it will. Search this site and others for stack ideas. Personally I run it alone or with ephedrine.

2) Are you trying to cut, or bulk? The creatine comment throws me off...
 
lipo 6, a good diet and a good workout program that includes cardio will help alot to losse weight.

personaly i had good results with lipo 6 alone, but next week im going to add it to my current supplement list along with alri's thyrogen x
curently taking Powerfull, cAMP,rebound reloaded, sesamin,(i run out of cissusRX)
