Will gyno springing up in your nipples allways hurt and be sore before it starts to develop or can it happen silently and one day ull have a big lump lol.... no really not kidding
Your nipples should begin to appear puffy and be extra sensitive. It should not appear overnight. A person may overlook the symptoms and develop gyno though.
yeah, usually you will have warnign signs before it just pops up. as soon as you see a warnign sign i would take care of it or else you risk getting gyno.
