Will be starting my Follidrone/Viron tomorrow!

Last second check to make sure Ill be dosing this correctly! DM'd Kisaj but figured id throw up a post here

On training days
2 Follidrone Pre workout (about an hour pre with small meal) or should it be taken without food.
1 Viron Upon waking

Non training days
2 FOllidrone upon waking (with or without food)
1 Viron upon waking

Viron obviously will only be taken 5 days a week. mon-fri sat and sunday off.

ANy thoughts or concerns or am I doing it right?!

seems about right to me. For non-training days I would try to take the folli around same time as you would train though
 
When I ran Follidrone I found it best to take it on an empty stomach 30 mins before lifting. After a few weeks you'll see marked improvement in endurance and recovery.

looks good. BLR makes some of the best products. Im running Viron / Rebirth & the new oral AI (Beta) :)
 
Ive had folli for about 8 months just was waiting on running it. Im looking to make the most out of these next 16 weeks so hopefully this is a great start
 
what are your goals with this cycle..?

well running folli viron for 8 weeks
1.5g ara for 8 weeks and alphamax at the end of july after an 8 week break (on it now)
PA whenever I get my hands on it.

probably going to get a cheap gda like slin sane or glycobol or whatever to throw in there too.

As of yesterday I was a bloated 229(we will say 225 normally) so looking to put on about 10 SOLID pounds between now and mid September.

the goal obviously is always gain muscle while trying to lose fat but I got quite a bit of fat to lose (underwater tested 15%) so if I can top out around 12% at 235lbs Id be pretty pumped!

Sounds like a pretty solid plan bro... :biggthumpup:

I havent tried ArA yet...but just picked up 2 bottles so will be using it sometime in the future.
 
that looks like a solid stack. You've run the other ingredients solo before right? Also I would take fish oil or a joint supp with alphamax after your ArA run because they will be a bit dry

Ive run everything except for PA before. and obviously this is my first run with folli/viron. and yeah when ArA is done I will be taking some fish/flax/glucosamine but I just gotta deal with the aches and pains as they come. Gotta do what I can for the gains!
 
best of luck on the stack. You won't necessarily feel folli until you are off of them. It's once you stop that you realize how easily winded you get vs before and the likes. Should be an awesome stack. I am running ArA 1g right now, can't imagine 1.5g my joints would hate me

yeah last summer at 1g with alpha at the same time was tough.. gonna stagger it this time and up the dose :D
