just curious if you think it'll work for me with the diet i have based off the carb intake.
breakfast, i get about 50g, then i go to the gym followed by protien shake that has 13. between the protien and lunch i get about 20 more carbs, and then 20 carbs for lunch.
dinner is where i get the most of my carbs thru either pasta, steak, chicken, seafood, rice and/or veggies.
just wondering if you think i take in the right amount of carbs for AP to work for me.
