will an antibiotic interact badly with igf??

Iv been taking 35mcg post workout eod now for a few weeks and need to take a single 2 gram dose of zithromax. Can i keep going with the igf or would there be any reason to stop?

I tried looking it up but only found that antacids should not be taken with zithromax

Also, how will this large dose of zithromax affect my gains?

And lastly, does anyone know what kind of effect igf has on the immune system? Thanks a lot

I have taken penicillian while taking lr3, and had no problems.
