I am currently 1 week into an 8 week cycle of the NHA stack (ActivaTE, Rebound XT, Lean Xtreme) and have been eating over maintenance for a month now.
I am also using cissus and plan on adding PowerFULL for weeks 6 onwards.
My question is to reduce the fat that I have been adding during my bulk, but to not impede the gains I am/will be making during the NHA/Cissus (and eventually powerFull) cycle, should I:
1) add a 2/2/1 dosing of cAMPHIBOLIC or
2) just up my cardio
I don't want to melt the fat off right now, I plan to cut in a few months. I just want to get rid of a little bit of it gradually over the next month. My main goal is to ensure my gains during this cycle of products but to not turn into a lard ass.
