will AAS gyno return after surgery?

if not, then how would it be like to run AAS without AI's or SERMS?

i know estrogen itself plays an anabolic role, so say if i run d-bol after surgery without any "protection" would it be more effective than drying yourself out with AI's (which i've heard worsen on-cycle cholesterol)
