Libido is on a pro level of course. Reality slight increase, always have strong libido. Remember I also have AlphaDrone going. I never noticed I big bump from epiandro type products in libido.

epi andro is usually considered a go to for boost in libido....there again you are young and if libido is already strong....us old coots need all the help we can get...:hump:

I second mase, I don't get a big boost either. It's pretty libido neutral. There is an undeniable increase once high enough doses are employed, but even then it is mild.

i don't know all their ages, but it seems that many have reported significant boost in libido from epi????

Hit a high volume leg workout, first leg extensions,then hack squats, seated leg curls, leg press, calf raises. Standard bodybuilding workout, intensity and the push was there. Body felt good and just felt the ability to push threw the fatigue. Strength was good and recovery between sets also good. Side note sweating heavy and a little joint pain, which makes sense running the 2 compounds I am.
 
Did full upper body this morning, strength and pump good, really noticing the drive to push through the later reps. Still very vascular and diet and cardio good (can always be better). Will say I feel this would be the time to bump up the dosage if I wasn't doing a sponsored log. The quick body comp changes have slowed down this week and I know in the past with 11oxo a little bump and you would continue at a similar rate. After saying that still going great and just from experience from most mild prohormones you need to bump after about 3 weeks.
 
Have continued with great recovery post workout, minimal muscle soreness even at reduced calories. Still enjoying the well-being aspect. Off of work for the summer so I can bump up my workout and diet. Like I stated earlier I will continue log with the oral.

joint pain- isolated areas or all over?
 
Elbows, back, knee. Nothing holding back just something. Of course lowered cortisol and dry joints from AlphaDrone is expected.

ok- oh fyi- ill be in fla this friday, not sure if i mentioned, buyers asked to change the closing date to the 15th instead of the 30th. dates, emails and work everything is scrambled together. But ill give you a heads up to see how we are doing with the loading of the truck. I have to be back in NJ by sunday afternoon to unload it

Ive been having trou le with my knees and wrists and hands since starting my new job. Decided to purchase a laxogenin product since ive been hearing about it helping with joint pain so i figured i should give it a shot. We'll see how it goes

i remember when i lived in coral springs, we used to jump into the canals. as crazy is this sounds, that all stopped when my friend got bit. it wasnt a gator, but it was either a snapper or water moccasin. i still think it may have brushed his leg and he was just grabbing at it, but if freaked us out. no more bridge diving for us .

on to pool hopping lol
 
Classic, yeah I was never into pond hopping. Bridge jumping some but never into freshwater. Lol, too much on know in there.
 
Able to get in around 3pm today, man beats that morning workout big time. Hit legs, shoulders, bis, and tris. Did 5x5 for reverse hack,then standard routine db shoulder press, standing hammer curls, press downs. Focus great and seems the desire to push through tough reps has really cranked up. I have noticed my strength is slowly increasing. Just trying to control hunger after such a intense workout. Still trying to cut so it is tough. Added 10 minutes on bike post. Not doing enough cardio, need to do better.

my hunger after workout out is getting nuts. strength on the 11k is increasing as well, but the hunger issue, man o man.

as of today, how many sprays are you using on each
 
Got in and superset back and chest. Again energy, focus and pump great. Really just trying to keep moving going from exercise to exercise. Limits some on lifting heavier but can't stand waiting for 3 -5 minutes to go to my next set. I will stress I do try to start workout with one heavy 3-5 rep compound movement then I increase from there. I shook the pump and feel like I could have a handful of days left in both? Like I said excellent products, I do feel the 11k-test more on recomp with AlphaDrone on energy. But that also is from prior experience of similar products. Recovery has been increased, which is a huge plus being in a deficit. Wife still calls the smell pine needles but it really has only gotten positive comments from others. I do believe the crazy recomp effects have slowed to a crawl, diet has been on but of course you could blame the user. I will either bridge into something or go pct post log as I feel 4-5 weeks may be the most bang for your buck. Also reading other older logs it seemed to correspond. I do have a bottle of the oral but will probably pick up another and run a little later.

2.5-3wks is always the optimal length for a cycle. You can milk it for several months (up to 8-9wks) but the dose must be increased every 3wks to maintain effect. You can keep the dose the same, in the case of androsterone and 11-KT, but stacking on a methyl (or creatine) could revive gains without extra cals.
 
I agree, but I do say what a great product and really the td delivery is the best I have ever used. Dries fast, no staining, pump works great, I now enjoy the smell. The best of the best! Everyone should give these products a run and see how good it is.

Legs today- really good bump in weights, strength has increased again while cutting. Do believe the AlphaDrone has really helped in this the most. Feel I could go heavier just being conservative in my hernia condition, lol. Did 5x5 with 4 plates per side on reverse hacks. Really want to get back to traditional squats now, might have to give it a go. Followed up with extensions superset with ball squats bwx30. Some hams and calves and out. Little flatter lately as I dropped carbs lower, but still pump and vascular. Can't wait to hit maintenence calories for a little bit. Both products and hunger at times is tough to fight. Still have a handful of days to go, give or take. Trying to post a pic but I am retarded.

I used to do low carb routines with a simulated starvation on Saturdays (when I'd eat next to nothing.) Then eat ad lib Sunday, then back to low carb the rest of the week. I would often experience a strong rebound effect that would shunt appetite very well for the rest of the week, almost like pigging out on Sunday reset my hunger threshold or something? Ever try any weird stuff like that? :)

Otherwise, more stims is the most effective way I've ever found to manage hunger.
 
Yeah Friday, mid Saturday no carbs. Show up to beach or pool parties and pig out with food and hard alcohol and veiny and full instantly
 
Chest, shoulders, tris- focus on chest. Standard bodybuilding workout and again good pump and energy. Vascularity gets really going a couple sets in. Strength holding steady on most upper body movements. Slowly fading with just a couple pumps left per products. It has been a great run, I think tomorrow or Tuesday will be out. I will have a full final review once that sad day comes.
 
Well sad to say buy my bottle of 11k-test and AlphaDrone have gone dry. It has been a great run and definitely recommend the company Nutraceutical Innovations and their products! Great reps and very educated in the supplements they represent.
Final review-
Fatloss-main thing dropped about 2" off my waist. Now my 32 pants are a little big in the waist. Will say alot of fatloss is/was fevered centered around waist.

Strength-was able to maintain all of my strength and even increase some through out the 4 weeks while in a deficit.

Pump/vascularity- excellent, again being low carb and still getting a great pump with veins popping out.

Energy/well being- always felt awake and motivated to move. Had to force myself to leave the gym. For the most part always in a great mood, the AlphaDrone could make you a little on edge.

I do believe 4 weeks is best for 11k-test unless you start bumping up the dosage. I stayed around the recommended dosage of 10 sprays. Sometimes spread out or all at once. Will say around 3 week mark results slowed down, which maybe 4 weeks on 4 weeks off could be interesting. Never felt shut down, do not have blood to confirm.
Quality TD- Dried quick, sprayer always worked, smelled fine, no rash, have to say best carrier I have ever used.
