I made a thread a while ago about all the different ATW flavors I have tried, but recently I got to try my absolute new favorite from them, Wildberry Isolate. Much like all their other isolates and blends the Wildberry mixes easy and has a good consistency. I have been making shakes with a tad bit of heavy cream and water, which just makes the Wildberry flavor really stick out. Now the reason I love the Wildberry so much is because it is probably the most versatile protein I have tried from All The Whey. Not only are the shakes good with this protein but I have found three other ways to use it which are absolutely awesome.
1) Wildberry Muesli -
1 cup rolled oats raw
2 cups frozen berries just thawed
12 ounces yogurt of choice (If plain use a packet or two of splenda)
1 scoop wildberry isolate
Mix isolate and yogurt together until all protein is blended in and then mix in the berries. Cover with the oatmeal and grab a spoon and go to town. This is the meal I most look forward to on my carb up days.
2) Wildberry Oatmeal - cook oats and mix in protein
3) Wildberry protein pancake - their is a recipe on here somewhere for good protein pancakes, just use Wildberry as the protein.
