Unanswered Wifeys Primo Run

Again we don’t have time for a full log this time of year. But I promised I would post some pics of the wife before her Primo run. Took her first shot of 60mg a few days ago.

Plan on running for 12 weeks assuming no sides and I may let her finish with small dose superdrol. Goal is basically what we call a recomp. Fat loss while maintaining or gaining muscle.

Her previous cycle history is anavar twice. She follows A weekly hybrid program from Marisa Inda. Some are for actual comparisons some are for your pleasure, I like showing her off. Lol. I will try to get some actual pose pictures up soon.

One more thing to add. She is 34 and has had 2 kids.

Wife’s first night back at the gym. Her top set of barbell squat was 225lbs for a set of 3, she needed 4 but only got 3. Then she hit sumo deadlift for 3 sets of 5 also at 225 lbs.

She is starting to see upper body strength increase, nothing really on her lower body yet.

Same reason we do, to make aesthetic and strength changes to her body. We are being careful and observant. And most of the manly chicks you see are taking a lot more than 60mg of primo a week.
